Headed by Her Highness Princess Hessa bint Trad Al Shaalan, wife of the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.This was followed by the establishment of a branch of the National Charitable Foundation for Home Health Care in the Western Region, headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Adela bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
In 2014, a decision was issued for Her Royal Highness Princess Adela bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to assume the presidency of the Foundation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
